Akona Split Ring Clip: A More Secure Way to Attach Your Gear!

Looking for a more secure way to attach your valuable accessories to your BCD’s D-rings? The Akona Split Ring Clip combines a durable metal split ring with a quick-release Fastex-style buckle for a highly dependable connection that gives you extra peace of mind.

How It Provides a More Secure Connection:

This system is all about creating a solid link between your gear and your BCD.

• Split Ring Attachment to Your Gear: You first thread the durable metal split ring directly onto your dive light, small camera, or other accessory. This creates a strong, semi-permanent connection to your gear that cannot accidentally un-loop or come undone.
• Quick-Release Buckle to Your BCD: The other end of the short strap features a male Fastex-style buckle. This allows you to quickly and securely “click” your gear onto a corresponding female buckle on your BCD for the dive, and then easily detach it with a one-handed pinch when you’re back on the boat.

This design gives you the security of a metal ring connection on your accessory, with the ease of use of a quick-release buckle for attaching it to your rig.
